New: Having allowed the TX law to remain in effect --the 5th circuit has scheduled args for the DOJ case the week of Dec 6th. That is when its is also hearing the separate dispute brought by the clinics. And, oh by the way,Scotus hearing Miss challenge to Roe on Dec 1 .
