The latest NPR/Marist generic ballot poll taken after the leaked Roe v. Wade decision now has Democrats LEADING Republicans 47% to 42%.
This is a net increase of 8 points from last month's poll, which showed Republicans ahead 47% to 44%.
This is a massive momentum shift!

I don’t have unrealistic expectations. I’ll stick with Cheney’s point about “inaction”:
“Did Donald Trump, through action or inaction, corruptly seek to obstruct or impede Congress's official proceeding to count electoral votes?"
And DOJ action before 2024 campaign is unlikely.
If you set your expectations for justice too high, you will always be disappointed. Donald isn’t going to be tried for treason. There likely won’t be a physical take down or an orange jumpsuit perp walk. But being realistic doesn’t sell, so I get it. 1/

We should keep in mind that Trump used his pardon power as part of trying to overthrow our democracy. Pardoning Stone didn’t just reduce the chances of Stone telling investigators the truth, it kept Stone in a position where he could better help overturn the next election.
