Hey @JeromeAdamsMD, tell us all about the permanent hole Donald Trump has in his hard palate. We both know it's caused by ischemic necrosis from decades of cocaine abuse. Tell us about the prosthetic device which occasionally loosens and gives rise to Trump's spontaneous lisp.

Addendum: And tell us more about Trump's ongoing severe drug abuse. Tell us about how Trump's snorted Adderall and Cocaine build up residue on the nasal side of the prosthesis, but occasionally leak around to the oral side — then shoot out his mouth in a projectile manner.
Addendum No. 2: Here's one example from 19 Oct. 2020 at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport showing at least 38 projectiles:
1/ THREAD: Large, white, particulate debris ejected from Trump's mouth/nose *at least 38 times* during a Press scrum at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport on October 19, 2020, just prior to departing for a rally in Tucson. ytb.trom.tf/ZBw6uvWeHMoShow this thread
Addendum No. 3: Here's one moment of his lisp that his staff tried to say was due to antihistamines. NO — his prosthesis slipped.
31/ Here is one time Trump's prosthesis slipped. This is quite dramatic — particularly toward the end, as Trump says, "United States". ytb.trom.tf/RqlhUg8xFhEShow this thread
Addendum No. 4: Here's another moment when his prosthesis slipped as he says, "listen to this". Also, pay close attention to his mouth/jaw movements just prior to saying it — he's developed a tic-like habit of playing with it/maneuvering it.
32/ Here's another time his prosthesis slipped. bird.trom.tf/atrupar/status/1… Listen to Trump lisp/slur at 0:28 as he says, "Listen to this".Show this thread
