I don’t believe in “bad kids”. I believe in struggling kids, confused kids, overwhelmed kids, terrified kids, and kids who need explicit skills instruction and other supports in order to successfully meet my expectations. I believe in kids.

In less than a month I’ll get to walk across the stage at York University in this wonderful dress created by the students at my practicums. I can’t imagine wearing anything other than a representation of the love, learning, and growth I’ve experienced in the last few years ♥️🎓
