Appawrently the underside of cars aren't dog-friendly. Not even if said dog is a low-rider...as Bella found out yesterday. Luckily she's OK. Not even a bruised ego.
Who's a good gotcha-girl? That's right. Shumbi is! Happy gotcha day Shumbi Shambles. Thank you for being so loving and gentle. And thank you for for being awesome. Mulan would have been proud!

So, apparently Shumbi's got something in her stomach. At the moment we're thinking it's a pebble. That's been there so long she's used to it. Which is sad.

a Year. Simultaneously been so short and quick, while also being so long since we had to say goodbye. Mulan, I really, really miss you. Miss your quiet, unassuming presence. I miss you where you spent most of your day, here next to me, sleeping in your little bed.

Sometimes having a small dream or two. I miss you when I'm lying down, reading. Miss the quiet reassurance that you're still there, that you're not going anywhere.
