#Scomo really pulled a swifty over casual 2GB listeners yesterday. He never said he 'wouldn't sign the treaty'. He said he didn't think the Pandemic Treaty contained sovereign risk (IT DOES), and that he 'wouldn't sign something that does'. He still intends to sign this treaty.
