It's wild that a third of the Supreme Court was appointed by a man who attempted to overthrow the United States government, and we just continue to let those judges hand down decisions.

Seriously
It’s pretty weird we have a lifetime member of SCOTUS whose nomination hinged on the outcome of an FBI investigation that simply never happened and now it’s too late and we have to accept 40 years of his rulings as legitimate.

what do you expect us to do about that? To impeach a supreme court justice takes 2/3 senate majority.

Well we are also allowing the man who attempted to overthrow our government to get away with it, so it’s part of a pattern of indifference.

It was the Senate that approved the nominations though. Blame them.
