We applaud @usedgov for announcing their intent to reduce discrimination based on disability status in education, including in college. Far too often, students with disabilities are denied access to accommodations in college. This is a critical first step to end that!
Today, @EDCivilRights announced that we intend to propose amendments to its regulations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
